DESCRIPTION:* Self-Serve Tea Lounge * Creation Station to create art! * Judgement Free Zone * Vendors *\nThe 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month\, starting SEPTEMBER 24th!\nWhat is ecstatic dance?Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which participants allow themselves to move freely as the music takes them\, getting lost in the rhythm of their soul\, leading to feelings of bliss.\nWhen we listen to what our body needs and move in ways that feel right\, we start to heal. Our body often knows what we can’t always put into words\, and by moving with intention\, we can address our inner needs. It’s important to let go of any shame about how we move\, even if it feels unconventional\, so that when we return to the world\, we come back stronger and more empowered. This is a safe space for healing\, and we’ll support each other through it.\nBefore and after the dance\, we’ll gather in a circle to share our intentions and discuss what came up for us during the experience.\n\nMonetary Donation is $22 and no one is turned away due to lack of funds! I will be offering dance punch cards! Pay to dance 5 times and get one for free!\nSeeking Vendors! There is no vendor fee due to it being in its beginning stages! I am seeking a single vendor per dance\, who will vend their goods. There will be 2 vendors per event (I am one of them!)\n*Guidelines*1. Please no phones in hall during dance.2. DESCRIPTION:We’re havin a party! \nAs most of you know\, we have been working HARD on getting this old beauty freshened up! We have a long list of projects and lot’s of you have asked how you can help so we decided to host another work party to get all hands on deck and still make it fun! \nWe will be hosting a Spaghetti Feed and Bingo Night on 5/4 to help raise money to get much needed materials to make this work party the most successful project weekend. \nWe will have a project list – materials list – and volunteer sign up sheet \nWe will meet at the hall 8am Saturday morning! Show up anytime to help 🙂 \nWe are a 501c3 – if someone needs community service hours signed off\, we can do this for you at the end of the day \nWe will have lunch provided and water/beverages available throughout the day \nIf you are willing to help out and have a special skill that you think you could lead/teach others please reach out to Jamie 206-889-8997

DESCRIPTION:We are raising money for our Benston Hall Renovation Project! \nAs we gear up for warm weather\, we are putting together lists for a work party! We need lots of supplies to make our work party successful so we are hosting a Spaghetti Feed and Bingo Night! \nDoors open at 3:45 – Dinner starts at 4:00 – Bingo starts at 5:30 \n$20 tickets include – Dinner\, Soda/Water\, and 2 bingo booklets (5 games – 2 cards per game) \n*Spaghetti – Salads – Garlic Bread* \nDrink tickets will be available for purchase \nWe will also have a materials list\, volunteer sign up sheets\, project plans\, and additional ways to donate available at the event. \nWe are accepting prize donations – Text Jamie for info 206-889-8997
